Aries: March 21st - April 19th Jasper is a quartz base with many inclusions which give it a green, yellow or red colour. Coloured by iron oxides, it can take ona multitude of tone and pattern combinations. Yellow and sandy coloured varieties like the 'leopard-skin' jasper shown here are said to promote a calm determination. In crystal healing it is believed to help the owner to pursue their goals and to stimulate achievement. It is helpful for courage and imagination and for turning imaginative ideas into concrete action. Physically it is said to fortify the immune system and to be especially useful for combatting the effects of pollution and other environmental problems. |
